Lead Analytics
You see where your customers come from and what each lead costs, and you put your money into what actually brings them in. To make that possible, I set up tracking for inquiries from your website, by phone, in messengers and through online booking, tag the links in your ads and emails, and record the source of every inquiry in your CRM.
- Report: where your leads come from
- €290$349
- €240$279 for subscribers
- Timeline
- 1–2 business days
Statistics can be kept on your own server without cookies: visitor data isn’t shared with third parties.
01 — When you need it
Why people come to me
You’re running ads, but don’t know what they bring in
Ad accounts and your contractor show clicks and reach. There’s no way to check how many turned into inquiries and customers.
Inquiries arrive in different ways
A website form, a phone call, a messenger message, an online booking. What brought each person to you isn’t recorded anywhere.
You’re about to launch ads
You want to see the cost per lead from day one, not figure out a month later where the budget went.
You have a tracking tool, but it doesn’t tell you much
Your statistics show visitors, pages and percentages. Which channel brings in customers is impossible to tell.
02 — What I set up
Every inquiry shows its source
Someone clicks a link in an ad, an email or a post, lands on your website and sends an inquiry. I set up tracking so the source is visible at every step.
01
Tracking tool
If you don’t have one, I install it: cookieless on your server, or with visitor consent. Websites I build already have one.
02
Goals
I count what an inquiry means for you: a form submission, a tap on your phone number or messenger button, a booking.
03
Link tags
I add UTM tags to the links in your ads, emails and social media. The tag shows which ad, email or post a person came from.
04
Source in the CRM
The source is recorded together with the inquiry: in the CRM card, or, if you don’t have a CRM, in the inquiry notification email. You know where the customer came from before you even talk to them.
05
Report
A monthly table: how many people came from each channel and how many of them sent an inquiry.
06
Testing
I send test inquiries from different channels and check that the source was recorded everywhere. Only then do I hand over the work.
03 — Result
What you get
A source for every inquiry
In the CRM or the inquiry email, you can see where the person came from: ads, search, email or social media.
A report by channel
How many visitors and inquiries each channel brought in during the month: you can see which one brings customers and which one brings only visitors.
Cost per lead
A channel’s spend divided by its inquiries. You can see where a lead comes cheap and where a channel just burns money.
04 — Data protection
Statistics without unnecessary data
A tracking tool collects information about your website visitors. How it does this is decided before installation; there are two ways.
Cookieless, on your server
Statistics are stored with you and aren’t shared with third parties. That’s enough for a report on sources and inquiries.
With visitor consent
Ad platforms need their own tracking tools: they use them to find people similar to your customers. These are switched on only after the visitor consents in the cookie banner.
You can see how it works on this website: statistics are collected on my own server without cookies, and the consent banner is custom-built, without a heavy plugin.
05 — Price
How much it costs
The regular price is shown first. While your website is on a subscription, add-ons and hours of work cost about 20% less.

07 — Questions
Questions and answers
Q1How is the report different from full-funnel analytics?
The report shows which channel brings in inquiries: “20 inquiries from Google, 10 from Instagram.” Full-funnel analytics shows which channel brings in money, from ad spend all the way to payments. For example: “Google: €600$600 spent, 20 inquiries, 3 customers, €2,400$2,400 in revenue — it pays off. Instagram: €400$400 10 inquiries, not a single payment — we switch it off.” For one or two channels, the €290$349 report is enough. Full-funnel analytics is needed when you spend €1,000–2,000$1,000–2,000 a month or more on ads across several channels — from €1,500$1,890.
Q2The ad account already shows results. Why do I need analytics?
An ad account only sees its own ads. Inquiries from other channels — and often calls and messages too — aren’t visible there. The report puts all channels in one table, and inquiries are counted based on the ones that actually reached you.
Q3I already ask customers how they heard about me.
That’s a good habit — keep it. But people often don’t remember, or they name the last thing they saw. A tag records the source automatically, and your question adds to it.
Q4I can install a tracking tool myself. Why pay?
A tracking tool shows visitors, not customers. You also need goals, tags on every link and a source for every inquiry. A mistake in any link of the chain breaks the report, which is why I test everything with trial inquiries at the end.
Q5Which analytics system do you use? You didn’t build my website.
I choose the system to fit the task: where the data should be stored, whether it needs to connect with ads, which CRM you use. If you already have a tracking tool, I work with it. Tags and goals work on any platform, and I check how the source will get into your CRM before work starts.
Q6Do I need a cookie consent banner?
For ad tracking tools, yes: they only switch on after consent. Cookieless statistics on your own server usually don’t need consent — that’s how they work on this website. I recommend having a lawyer check your banner and privacy policy texts.
Q7Another contractor runs my ads. Will this work?
Yes. I’ll give them the tagging rules, and their campaigns will appear in the same report. You see the numbers yourself, not just in their reports.
Q8When should I set up analytics: before ads or after?
Before. Otherwise the first money is spent without measurement, and you’ll have nothing to compare against. It’s most convenient to set it up together with your ads.
Q9I have the numbers. What do I do with them?
Once a month, I write up conclusions: which channel to boost and which to switch off. If you get inquiries but few payments, an automated funnel will help. If the approach itself isn’t working, we start with a marketing strategy.
Tell me where your inquiries come from now
In 30 minutes, we’ll go over which channels you have, what’s already being tracked and what to set up first. No obligation.
