Automated Funnels
Emails and messages that guide a customer from inquiry to payment on their own: a reply within the first minute, reminders about the call and payment, a reason to come back for those who went quiet. You step in when a real conversation is needed.

01 — When you need it
Why people come to me
Leads go cold while you’re busy
Someone wrote in the evening and got a reply the next morning. By then, they had already contacted others.
Agreements live in your head
Whom to call back, who promised to pay this week, who needs the materials. It’s all in your memory and in messengers, and someone falls through the cracks.
They promise to think it over and disappear
They were interested, but not ready to buy right now. A month later, they don’t remember whom they asked, and reminding them feels awkward.
Silence after the purchase
Customers are happy, but they don’t come back or leave reviews: nobody simply asked them to.
02 — How it works
From inquiry to payment and beyond
A funnel is a sequence of emails and messages that follows your customer’s steps. Each one goes out on its own: when someone takes an action or, on the contrary, goes quiet. I build only the steps your service needs.
01
A reply right after the inquiry
Within the first minute, the person gets an email or message: your inquiry has been received, here’s what happens next. Even at night and on weekends.
02
Reminders about the call and payment
For the customer — about a scheduled call and an unpaid invoice. For you — about an inquiry nobody has answered.
03
Useful content for those still deciding
A series of emails with answers to common questions and examples from your work. People come back when they’re ready and remember whom to contact.
04
Different emails for different requests
Someone who asked about one service gets emails about that service, not about everything at once.
05
Bringing back those who went quiet
If someone stopped replying or didn’t get as far as paying, the funnel reminds them of you after a while. Calmly and to the point, without daily emails.
06
A review after the purchase
After payment, the customer gets a thank-you, and a few days later a request for a review with a link to where they can leave it.
The funnel runs in a CRM — right on your website or in the one you already have — together with an email service. I choose the system to fit the task.
03 — Result
What you get
No inquiry left unanswered
Even if you’re in a meeting, on the road or on vacation, the person gets a reply right away and knows what happens next.
You can see who’s at which step
Open the CRM and see who’s waiting for a call, who has received an invoice and who has already paid. When it’s time to step in, you get a reminder.
The map and the texts are yours
It’s clear which email goes to whom and when. You can edit the text of any email yourself.
04 — Price
How much it costs
The price and timeline are fixed before work starts.

Scope of work
What’s not included
Attracting new people: that’s the job of ads and social media, while the funnel guides those who have already left their contact details. I don’t send emails to purchased lists.
Paid directly by you
Paid email marketing services and CRMs, if needed. The accounts are in your name.
What I need from you
One call: how you currently guide a customer from inquiry to payment and what customers ask most often. Access to the CRM and email. Approving the email texts before launch.
Payment
Work up to €1,500$1,890 — paid upfront once the price is agreed. From €1,500$1,890 — 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, under a contract. Invoice, bank transfer; prices exclude VAT.
06 — Questions
Questions and answers
Q1Won’t the emails annoy customers?
Each email responds to something the person did or didn’t do: left an inquiry, missed a call, didn’t pay an invoice. As soon as they buy or reply themselves, the sequence stops for them.
Q2Won’t I lose the personal touch with customers?
No. The funnel takes over the repetitive part: the first reply, reminders, useful materials. Conversations and decisions stay with you, and the funnel tells you when it’s time to step in.
Q3I already reply myself. Why do I need a funnel?
While inquiries are few and you’re always available, you can do it yourself. A funnel is needed when you can no longer reply to everyone right away and remember what you promised to whom.
Q4Will I have to pay for an expensive CRM and email service?
No. The funnel can be built in a CRM right on your website: no fees per user or per contact. If you already have a CRM or email service, I’ll see what they can do and build the funnel there.
Q5What about consent to receive emails?
Consent is collected by the inquiry form: the funnel only writes to people who left their contact details themselves and agreed to receive emails. They can unsubscribe from any email. I recommend having a lawyer check your consent texts and privacy policy.
Q6How many sales will the funnel add?
I don’t promise a number: sales depend on your offer, your price and who comes to you. I promise something else: no inquiry will go unanswered, and the CRM will show at which step people stop. Where they come from is shown by a lead source report.
Q7How is a funnel different from a chatbot?
A chatbot replies when a person writes on their own, right now. A funnel writes first: an hour later, three days later, a month later. They work better together: the bot takes the inquiry, and the funnel guides the person onward, all the way to payment.
Q8I don’t get many inquiries yet. Where should I start?
A funnel works with people who have already left their contact details. If inquiries are few, it’s worth starting with where they’ll come from: the customer’s path from first contact to payment is planned in a marketing strategy.
Where do your inquiries get lost?
In 30 minutes, we’ll walk through your customer’s path from inquiry to payment and decide which emails are needed first. Free, no obligation.
