Built your website with AI? I’ll get it to the point where it sells

Lovable, Framer AI, Wix, Tilda or ChatGPT can put together a website in an evening that looks almost finished. “Almost” means it looks like a thousand others, and no leads come in. I don’t rebuild everything from scratch: I keep what already works and fix what stops customers from buying.

01 — Sound familiar?

When it’s time to act

It looks like everyone else’s

The same gradient, the same cards with icons, the same “innovative solutions for your business.” A visitor closes the tab and can’t remember whose website it was.

Pretty, but quiet

You and your friends like the website, but there are almost no leads. Nobody thought through where visitors come from and what they should do next.

Amateurish in the details

The layout breaks on mobile, the fonts are all over the place, the copy reads like a translation. These details are how customers decide whether to trust you with their money.

You’re afraid to touch it

The code was generated, nobody knows the logic, and every edit breaks something else. Form inquiries go who knows where.

02 — The cause

AI draws the internet average

AI answers the question “what should a website look like.” Your customer needs an answer to a different question: “why should I buy from you and not from the business next door.” That wasn’t in the prompt — so it isn’t on the website either.

AI assembles what other websites have most often, so your website ends up looking like the others. It won’t come up with your strategy, customer journey, arguments and answers to objections for you. And that’s the part of the work people pay for: not the picture, but the reason a person will send an inquiry.

03 — Result

What changes after the improvements

Same business, same platform. The offer, the hierarchy and the path to an inquiry have changed.
  • 01

    You’re recognizable

Your own visual system instead of a template: fonts, grid, colors and photos that speak about you, not about the website builder.

  • 02

    Clear in five seconds

From the first screen, it’s clear what you do, who it’s for and how you’re different. The offer is written in your customers’ words, not the AI’s.

  • 03

    A path to an inquiry

Each page has one job, each screen has a next step. People make it to the form instead of getting lost by the third section.

  • 04

    Copy without clichés

Arguments, case studies and answers to objections — in your voice. No “innovative solutions” or “individual approach.”

  • 05

    Leads don’t get lost

Forms feed into the CRM, and goals are set up in analytics. You can see where a customer came from and at which step they left.

  • 06

    Technical order

Speed, mobile version, SEO basics. For Germany and the EU: an imprint, cookie consent, and fonts that don’t send data to third parties.

04 — Process

How I work

First a review and an estimate, then the work. You know the amount before we start.

01

Review

1 week

I look at the website through the eyes of a customer and a developer, and study your analytics and competitors. I separate what works from what gets in the way.

You get: a prioritized list of changes and an estimate.

From you: access and 30 minutes for a call.

02

Strategy and structure

3–5 days

I write the offer, map out the customer journey and build prototypes of the key screens.

You get: a structure you can check before anything is built.

From you: one decision on the prototypes.

03

Improvements

2–5 weeks

Design, copy, build. I work on your platform if it allows it. If not, I’ll tell you during the review and estimate the move.

You get: an updated website connected to your CRM and analytics.

From you: one 20-minute call a week.

04

Measurement

30 days

After launch, I look at the numbers: where people leave, what works better, what’s worth fixing.

You get: a before-and-after comparison and a list of next steps.

From you: nothing, except handling the inquiries that come in.

  • What I won’t take on

Changing a button color or swapping an image. That’s faster to do in the website builder itself; I take on work when the goal is leads.

  • When it’s more honest to rebuild

If the platform doesn’t let you change the structure, the speed or the CRM connection, I’ll tell you during the review, before any money changes hands, and estimate the move.

07 — Questions

Frequently asked questions

Q1Will you rebuild everything from scratch?

No. The goal is to keep what you’ve already invested in and change what gets in the way of sales. If a rebuild turns out to be more cost-effective than improvements, I’ll tell you during the review.

Q2Which platforms do you work with?

Lovable, Bolt, v0, Framer, Webflow, Wix, Tilda, WordPress, Hostinger and other website builders. If your website is code in a repository, I work with the code.

Q3Is AI a bad thing?

No, I work with AI every day myself. The problem isn’t the tool, it’s that nobody gave it a strategy. AI is good at assembling, but it doesn’t decide what you sell and to whom.

Q4Do you guarantee more leads?

I don’t promise a specific number — it depends on traffic, prices and how fast you reply. I promise measurability: goals in analytics, a before-and-after comparison and a clear next step.

Q5How long will it take?

The review takes a week. Polish takes two to three weeks, improvements with marketing take three to six. Timelines are fixed in the contract.

Q6What do you need from me?

Access to the website and analytics, 30 minutes for the review and one short call a week. The rest is my job.

Q7My website targets the German market. Is that taken into account?

Yes. I check the imprint, cookie consent and data transfers to third parties. I recommend leaving the legal review of your texts to a lawyer.
