CRM

Inquiries and customers in one place, not scattered across email, messengers and memory: every deal has a stage, and the CRM reminds you of the next step on its own. I’ll set up a CRM right on your website, connect the one you already use, or build a custom CRM for your business if ready-made ones don’t fit.

01 — When you need it

Why people come to me

  • Inquiries get lost

People reach out through the website, by email and in messengers, and someone is left without a reply. And the customer goes to whoever answered first.

  • Everything is in a spreadsheet and in your head

With only a few customers, that works. Later, you can’t remember who was promised what and who is waiting for a call.

  • You have a CRM, but nobody uses it

The subscription is paid, but inquiries are still in messengers, and someone copies them over from the website by hand.

  • Ready-made CRMs don’t fit

You have your own way of handling orders, stages and pricing, and a ready-made system forces you to change how you work.

02 — Three options

I choose the system to fit the task

You don’t have to switch from the CRM you already use. The choice depends on where your inquiries come from, how many people work with customers and where the data should be stored.

  • Option 1

    CRM on your website

Fluent CRM runs on your website itself: inquiries from forms go straight into it, and customer data is stored on your server. There’s no per-user fee. That’s a plus when data protection requirements are strict.

  • Option 2

    The CRM you already use

HubSpot, Pipedrive, Kommo, Bitrix24, Zoho, monday or another cloud CRM you already work in or have chosen. I connect your website to it and set it up for your process, and your team stays in the system they know.

  • Option 3

A CRM built from scratch for your business

When your process is unique and nothing ready-made fits: your own logic for orders, pricing and access. I build a CRM for your needs, and it works the way you work.

This website works the same way: inquiries from forms go into Fluent CRM automatically, and deals are tracked on a board by stage.

06 — Questions

Questions and answers

Q1I don’t get many inquiries, and everything is in a spreadsheet. Why do I need a CRM?

A spreadsheet won’t remind you that a customer is waiting for a reply, and it won’t reply for you. When inquiries are few, every one counts. To start with, a CRM on your website is enough: every inquiry is recorded, the customer gets a reply right away, and you get a reminder.

Q2Can I set up a CRM myself?

You can: many cloud CRMs have free plans and guides. The hard part is something else: connecting the CRM to your website, setting up stages for your process and getting your team to actually use it. That’s the part I take on.

Q3I already have a CRM. Will I have to switch?

No. I’ll connect your website to it and set it up for your process. I only recommend switching if the system gets in the way of your work, and I’ll tell you so before we start.

Q4My staff won’t use a CRM.

That happens when the CRM is more complicated than the work itself. So the stages follow the way you already sell, the customer card has only the fields you need, and inquiries go into the CRM on their own. I train your team on your own real inquiries.

Q5How do I move customers from a spreadsheet or an old CRM?

I move the contacts, plus history and stages if the old system can export them. I remove duplicates. You can keep using the old system until you’re sure everything is in place.

Q6Where is customer data stored?

With a CRM on your website — on your server. With a cloud CRM — with its provider, under their data processing agreement. If data protection requirements are strict, that’s an argument for a CRM on your website. I recommend having a lawyer check your data protection texts.

Q7My website isn’t built on WordPress. Will a CRM on the website work?

Fluent CRM only works on WordPress. For a website on a website builder or another platform, I’ll connect a cloud CRM, and inquiries from forms will go into it automatically in the same way.

Q8Can the CRM be connected to a chatbot and emails?

Yes. The chatbot sends the inquiry to the CRM with a short summary of the conversation. Emails that guide a customer from inquiry to payment are what automated funnels do. And analytics shows which channel brings in customers.
