Custom Solutions

When nothing ready-made fits, I build web apps and client portals, integrations between services, internal systems and AI automation around your processes. But first, I check whether there’s a cheaper ready-made solution.

01 — When you need it

Why people come to me

  • You move data by hand

An inquiry arrives by email, the customer is entered into the CRM, the invoice is issued in another program, and the payment is marked in a spreadsheet. The full picture has to be pieced together bit by bit.

  • Ready-made services don’t fit

You’ve tried several CRMs and services, but each one forces you to change how you work. You pay per user and for features you don’t use, and the one you need still isn’t there.

  • Your customers need a client portal

Customers ask about orders, documents and appointments in messengers, and you reply and forward files by hand.

  • Routine eats up your team’s time

People sort through similar inquiries, emails and documents, even though the rules have long been clear.

02 — What I do

What can be built

I choose the system and technology to fit the task, not the task to fit one platform.

  • Web apps and client portals

A portal where customers see their orders, documents and payments, and employees see their tasks. My kanban boards work this way: an app on your phone, and you can add tasks straight from a chat with an AI.

  • Integrations between services

Payments, CRM, email, spreadsheets, accounting and messengers exchange data on their own, and each inquiry is entered only once. On my own website, I connected the price calculator, email and CRM: the customer receives an offer by email, and a deal is created automatically.

  • Internal systems and dashboards

Tracking orders, team workload or payments instead of scattered spreadsheets. Key figures from all your services on one screen.

  • A CRM from scratch

When your process really is unique and doesn’t fit a ready-made CRM. If it does fit, I’ll connect and set up a ready-made one: it’s faster and cheaper.

  • AI automation

AI sorts through documents, emails and inquiries, drafts replies and helps employees find what they need in your materials.

  • Already in use

    This website’s AI assistant

It runs conversations using a sales script and speaks the customer’s language. It sends inquiries with data processing consent to the CRM, along with a short summary of the conversation.

03 — How I work

How the work goes

You know the price and timeline before development starts, and you see the results after each stage.

  1. 01

    Process review

I look at how the work goes now: who does what, where the data is stored and where it gets lost. I check whether there’s a ready-made service that would solve the task more cheaply.

  2. 02

    Task description and prototype

I describe what the system will and won’t do, and show you a prototype of the screens. You see the future system before development starts.

  3. 03

    Estimate

I estimate each stage in hours: the estimate shows what each stage costs and when it will be ready. I start development once you agree.

  4. 04

    Development in stages

After each stage, I show you what’s ready, and you test it on your own tasks. If we misunderstood each other, it shows right away, not at the end.

  5. 05

    Launch and handover

I move the data you need, launch the system and train your team to use it.

  6. 06

    Ongoing support

Services get updated, processes change. I improve the system by the hour and estimate each piece of work in advance.

04 — Result

What you get

  • A system built around your process

Data is entered once and then goes wherever it’s needed on its own. The work follows your rules, not the program’s.

  • The code and access are yours

Service accounts are in your name from day one. You can develop the system further with me or with another developer.

  • Documentation and training

A system description for developers and instructions for your team. A new employee can figure it out on their own.

05 — Price

How much it costs

First I clarify the task, estimate it in hours and give you a price and a timeline. I start work once you agree. An hour of work is €100$125 or €80$99 for subscribers.

  • Connecting two services

    When two services aren’t connected

    from €290$349

    timeline 1–3 days

    For subscribers — from €240$279.

    • An inquiry from your website goes straight into the CRM
    • A booking goes into your calendar
    • A payment goes into your accounting
  • Process automation

When the work involves many manual steps

    from €990$1,290

    2–4 weeks

The price depends on the number of steps and services.

    • The path of an inquiry from the first message to payment
    • Reminders for customers and tasks for your team
    • AI sorts through inquiries and documents
  • Web app

When there’s no ready-made service for the task

    from €7,900$9,900

    timeline in the estimate

I give you the price and timeline after the task description and prototype.

    • A client portal
    • An internal tool or a dashboard
    • A custom CRM for a unique process

Subscribers are Website Subscription clients: while your website is on a subscription, hours of work cost about 20% less. Prices exclude VAT.

07 — Questions

Questions and answers

Q1Maybe a ready-made service is enough?

Often it is, and then I’ll tell you so: a ready-made service is usually cheaper than development, and a simple connection you can even set up yourself. A custom solution pays off when a ready-made one forces you to change how you work, when per-user fees grow along with your team, or when customer data can’t be kept in someone else’s service.

Q2Can we start with a small task?

Yes. Often the first step is a single connection that takes 2–5 hours: it immediately removes the most annoying manual work. It also shows how we work together before a big project.

Q3I don’t know how to describe the task.

You don’t have to: describing the task is part of my job. Tell me how things work now and what gets in the way, and I’ll prepare the description and the prototype.

Q4Can the price go up during the work?

The price and timeline are fixed in the estimate before work starts. If something new is needed along the way, I’ll estimate it separately first and take it on only with your consent.

Q5What will the system be built on?

I choose based on the task: what you already have, how many people will work in the system, where the data should be stored. I explain my choice in the task description, before the estimate.

Q6Won’t I end up tied to you?

No. The code, access and accounts are in your name, and the system comes with documentation. Another developer can continue the work.

Q7Where will customer data be stored?

Where to store the data and who can see it is decided in the task description, before development. If the system collects personal data, I build in consent to its processing, as in this website’s AI assistant. I recommend leaving the legal review to a lawyer.

Q8How is this different from your ready-made services?

Ready-made services have a clear price and scope: CRM Setup, Chatbot & AI Assistant, Automated Funnels. This is for what doesn’t fit into ready-made ones. If the task can be solved inside a WordPress website, take a look at WordPress Plugin Development.

Describe the task and I’ll tell you how to solve it

In 30 minutes, we’ll go over how things work now and decide what fits: a ready-made service, a connection or a custom system. The call is free and there’s no obligation.
