01 — Client
The company
The firm runs three lines of business at once and recruits partner agents alongside them. The site had to serve both — and speak to each client in their own language.
02 — Context
The task
Omega Capital works in property, insurance and financing. Those are three different conversations with three different people, and one page cannot hold all of them.
In parallel the firm builds a partner network. That is a separate funnel with its own arguments, and buried inside the client-facing part it simply disappears.
Geography set the audience. The firm’s clients in Germany do not all speak German, and the usual “we’ll add an English version” is not enough here.

03 — Solution
The approach
3.1
Property catalogue
The property catalogue was written for the company, not taken off the shelf. Ready-made real-estate plugins impose their own structure: you end up describing a property the way the plugin likes, not the way the managers work. So the fields, filters and cards follow the real process: state, postcode, type, price, yield, an “available / reserved / sold” status, a PDF exposé. And the company does not depend on anyone else’s licences or updates.

3.2
Six languages
Six languages: German, English, Russian, Turkish, Arabic and Chinese. The Turkish and Arabic communities in Germany are large, and in financial matters talking to someone in their own language decides a great deal. Arabic reads right to left — that is not translation work, it is a separate layout job.

3.3
Partner section
The partner programme is a separate section with its own arguments: fast payouts, transparent administration, a back office. A new partner registers with a reference number and lands straight in the network of whoever brought them in. In the private area they get the property catalogue, company documents and messages, and their own partner network. From the built-in CRM the administrator assigns rights, sees the network hierarchy and writes to all partners or to one.

3.4
Data stays in-house
Analytics are self-hosted, not Google. Visit statistics are counted on the firm’s own server and visitor data goes nowhere. Plus a cookie consent banner and enquiry handling without third-party services.
3.5
AI image labelling
The photos on the site are AI-generated, and every one is labelled: a “KI-generiert” badge in the corner of the image and a machine-readable mark inside the file. The EU AI Act requires this transparency. The site has met it from day one, so nothing will need rebuilding for the law.

04 — Outcome
The result
Three business lines and a partner network live on one site without getting in each other’s way. The firm speaks to clients in their own language — including two that competitors usually skip entirely.
Visitor data stays inside the company: neither the analytics nor the forms hand it to anyone.
