An orthopaedic pillow with a cosmetic effect. A product you cannot sell with a single photograph: first you have to explain why it is shaped the way it is.
The task
A patented shape with ten worked-out zones is not something people buy off a product card. The customer first has to understand what that shape actually solves.
At the same time the shop has to stay a shop: colour range, basket, delivery across Poland, wishlist.
The approach
The explanation sits on the home page and is built around a diagram. A cross-section with numbered zones explains the construction faster than three paragraphs of text.
A separate “who it is for” block — a list of recognisable situations: you sleep on your side, you have sensitive skin, you wake up with pillow marks. The customer finds herself in one of those lines and understands the product is about her.
Video of the product in real use, not a studio shot on white.
Reviews as screenshots of real messages. In this category a neatly typeset testimonial inspires less confidence than a messenger screenshot with all its typos intact.
An Instagram feed on the page: real photographs keep selling after the page has been scrolled.
The result
The shop explains the product before asking for money, and answers the one objection that matters — how this pillow differs from an ordinary one.
