After launch, you’re not left alone with your website. Technical questions and changes — there’s someone to hand them to. You choose the amount of work; extra tasks and their cost are agreed in advance. Every month you get a report on what was done and recommendations for next steps.

What’s important to know before we start.
Q1Why is the website build paid separately from the subscription?
The one-time payment covers developing and launching the website. The monthly payment covers technical maintenance, improvements within your subscription hours, analytics and recommendations.
Q2What changes are included in the monthly payment?
For example, updating prices and text, replacing photos, changes to pages. The amount depends on your subscription level. Before doing a task, I estimate the effort. If it needs extra time or a separately paid module, we agree on the cost first.
Q3What other costs should I plan for besides the estimate?
You pay for the domain and hosting yourself, directly to the providers. Paid services and licenses, photography, legal texts and professional proofreading of translations are paid separately. Advertising and its budget aren’t part of the subscription. We discuss any extra costs before work begins.
Q4What do you need to get started?
Tell me about your business, answer a few questions and share the materials you have: logo, photos, information about your products or services. Ready-made copy and a specification aren’t required — I’ll help define the website’s content and write the copy. You check the facts and approve the result.
Q5When will the website be ready?
Quick Launch — usually within 1–3 business days after I receive approved materials and access. Full Development Cycle — from 21 business days. Extra features and approvals affect the timeline; we’ll set it before work starts.
Q6Can the website be in another language or in several languages?
Yes. We choose the main language based on your audience. Each additional language is priced separately: the cost depends on the number of pages and the amount of content, and the calculator works it out automatically. Whether professional proofreading of the translation is needed, we discuss in advance.
Q7What if I already have a website?
Website Care is the right fit. First I’ll look at how the website is built and what condition it’s in. If everything is fine, I’ll take it on for maintenance without charging for a new website. If fixes or a migration are needed first, we’ll agree on that work separately.
Q8What if the feature I need isn’t in the calculator?
Describe the task — for example, an online store, a customer account area or an integration with your system. I’ll work out the best way to build it and prepare a separate estimate. If needed, we’ll split the project into stages and start with the most important features.
Q9Why are the domain and hosting registered in your name?
The domain and hosting account are registered to you or your company. That way they belong to you no matter who maintains the website. I help you choose, register and set them up, and you pay for them directly to the providers.
Q10Is there a minimum subscription term, and what happens to the website when it ends?
There’s no minimum term: the subscription is paid monthly. To end it, give 30 days’ notice. The website stays with you, and you don’t pay extra for development already done. I’ll hand over access, a copy of the website and documentation for future maintenance. If you want to come back, I’ll first check the website’s condition and set up Website Care.
Q11Can the monthly payment change?
The subscription price is set in the offer agreement. I may revise it if my costs rise: for example, due to inflation, exchange rates or the prices of services included in the subscription. I’ll notify you of a new price by email at least 30 days in advance; months already paid aren’t recalculated. If the new price doesn’t suit you, you can end the subscription before it takes effect — the website, access and backup stay with you. If you want to expand your subscription or add new services, we’ll agree on the amount in advance. The domain, hosting and third-party services are paid at their providers’ rates.
