Raevsky — service
Advertising
I set up and manage ads that bring in leads, not just clicks. I start with the channels where your customers are already searching, and I track every lead: where it came from and what it cost.
- Channel setup
- €490$590 one-time
- 2 business days per channel
- Management
- €490$590 per month
- From the first month, no minimum term
You pay the ad budget to the platforms directly, from your own account. The ad accounts and campaign history stay with you.
01 — When you need it
Why people come to me
You ran ads yourself, but got no leads
You clicked “Boost” on Instagram or turned on an automated campaign in Google. There were clicks, the money was spent, but almost no calls or inquiries.
Customers search, but find someone else
People search for your service on Google and on maps, but they see your competitors first. Few make it to you.
You’re launching a website or a new service
Free traffic from search will take months to build, but you need leads now. Ads bring people in during the first days after launch.
Reports on clicks, not on leads
Your contractor sends you reach and clicks. How much a lead costs and which channel pays off remains unclear.
02 — Channels
Where I’ll run your ads
I add one channel at a time, starting with the one where your customers are already searching. Once the cost per lead is clear, I add the next.
Where people already look for you
People are actively searching for what you sell. Ads help them find you specifically.
Google Search
Ads in search results for people looking for your service right now. I pick the search terms people use to find you and filter out irrelevant ones.
Included in setupAccount, search terms, lead tracking, campaign, negative keywords.
Google Maps and Business Profile
For businesses with an address or a service area: a clinic, a salon, a workshop, a café. People search nearby and see you on the map.
Included in setupA business profile with services, opening hours and photos, plus a local campaign.
ChatGPT
A new channel: an ad below a ChatGPT answer, labeled as an ad. I set it up where the platform already accepts advertisers.
Included in setupAccount, first campaign and ads.
Where people don’t know you yet
People aren’t searching yet, but they’re similar to your customers. Ads introduce you to them, so you need good photos or videos.
Facebook and Instagram
Feed, stories and short videos. A good fit when your product is easy to show in a photo or video.
Included in setupAccount, pixel, audiences, first campaign and ads.
TikTok
Short vertical videos in the recommendations feed. A good fit if you already have videos or are ready to shoot them.
Included in setupAccount, pixel, audiences, first campaign built around your videos.
YouTube
Video ads before videos and in recommendations. You need a video that quickly explains what you do.
Included in setupA video campaign for your video, audiences, goals, ads.
Telegram Ads
Short ads in topic-specific Telegram channels. A good fit when your customers speak Russian. The platform has its own payment rules; I’ll explain them before we start.
Included in setupAccount, channel selection, ads, tags for lead tracking.
LinkedIn
For selling to businesses: targeting by job title, industry and company size. Clicks cost more than on other social networks, but your ads are seen by decision-makers.
Included in setupAccount, lead tracking, audiences, first campaign and ads.
Not sure where your customers search?
A marketing strategy will show you: who your customer is, where they search and how much you can pay per lead.
03 — How the work goes
Leads are tracked from day one
Without lead tracking, ads only show you clicks. So I set up tracking first, then launch the campaign and adjust it every week based on the numbers.
01 · setup
Goal and budget
We agree on what counts as a lead: a call, a form or a booking. I calculate how much you can pay per lead and what budget is needed to get enough numbers within a month to draw conclusions.
02 · setup
Landing page
I check where the ad leads: whether the offer is clear and whether there’s a next step — a form, a call, a booking. If something is missing, I’ll tell you before launch.
03 · setup
Lead tracking
I mark leads in the platform’s ad account: this teaches the platform to bring in people who leave their contact details, not just people who click. Analytics helps compare all channels in one report.
04 · setup
Launch
Audiences or search terms, the first campaign and ads. 2 business days per channel once I have access and materials.
05 · management
Every week
I review the numbers and adjust the campaign: I switch off whatever spends money without bringing leads and replace ads when they wear out.
06 · management
Once a month
A report: how many leads came in, what each one cost and what we change next. When a channel works, we decide whether to increase the budget or add the next channel.
04 — Result
What you get
Cost per lead for every channel
You can see how many leads came from search, maps or social media, and what each one cost.
Ad accounts in your name
Access, campaign history and audiences stay with you. Any specialist after me can pick up where I left off.
Decisions based on numbers
It’s clear which channel pays off, which one to switch off and where to add budget.
05 — Price

Setup is one-time, management is monthly. The ad budget is not included in these prices.

Scope of work
What’s not included
The ad budget: you pay it to the platforms directly. Video production, social media management and the page your ads lead to are separate work.
What I need from you
Access to your ad accounts — and if you don’t have any, we’ll open them for your business together. Materials for ads: photos, videos, reviews. And quick replies to inquiries: whether they become customers depends on it.
Complex projects
A large budget, dozens of campaigns or a catalog with thousands of products. For these, I bring in a specialist, while the plan, oversight and reporting to you stay with me.
Work by estimate
Complex projects and anything not listed in the price cards. First I clarify the task, estimate it in hours and give you a price and a timeline. I start work once you agree. An hour of work is €100$125 or €80$99 for subscribers.
Paperwork
Contract, invoice, bank transfer.
07 — Questions
Questions and answers
Q1How much do I need for the ad budget?
It depends on the channel and how much a customer costs in your industry. Before launch, I calculate how much you can pay per lead and what budget will bring in enough leads within a month to draw conclusions. If the budget is too small for a test, I’ll tell you before setup.
Q2Do you guarantee leads?
No. Leads depend not only on ads but also on your offer, your prices and how fast you reply. I promise something else: every lead is counted, the cost per lead is visible, and I’ll suggest switching off any channel that doesn’t pay off.
Q3We’ve run ads ourselves before. What will be different?
The “Boost” button and automated campaigns go after clicks and reach, which are easy for the platform to find. I set up lead tracking so the platform looks for people who leave their contact details, check the page your ads lead to, and adjust the campaign every week based on the numbers.
Q4Who will own the ad account?
You will. The account is registered to your business, the budget is charged to your card, and I work in it with access you grant. If we stop working together, the account and its full history stay with you.
Q5Can I start with one channel?
That’s what I recommend: one channel and a month to test it. Once the cost per lead is clear, we add the next one. There’s no minimum term; you can stop management in any month.
Q6Do I need a website to run ads?
You need a page with a clear next step: a form, a call or a booking. For ads on maps, a business profile is enough. If you don’t have a page, we’ll start with that: a subscription website launches within a few days, and a Custom Website is the right choice if you need a design built from scratch.
Q7Do ChatGPT ads already work?
It’s a new channel. Ads appear below ChatGPT answers, labeled as ads, and not everywhere yet: not for all users, not in all countries and topics. So I launch them as a test: a small budget, lead tracking and a comparison with search by cost per lead.
Let’s work out which channel to start with
In 30 minutes, we’ll look at where your customers search, which channel to test first and what budget the test needs. No obligation.
