The firm runs three lines of business at once and recruits partner agents alongside them. The site had to serve both — and speak to each client in their own language.
The task
Omega Capital works in property, insurance and financing. Those are three different conversations with three different people, and one page cannot hold all of them.
In parallel the firm builds a partner network. That is a separate funnel with its own arguments, and buried inside the client-facing part it simply disappears.
Geography set the audience. The firm’s clients in Germany do not all speak German, and the usual “we’ll add an English version” is not enough here.
The approach
A property catalogue on a purpose-built plugin. Off-the-shelf solutions impose their own data structure, so you end up describing a property the way the plugin prefers. I wrote one where the fields, filters and cards follow how the firm actually works. It also removes any dependence on someone else’s licence renewals and updates.
Six languages: German, English, Russian, Turkish, Arabic and Chinese. The Turkish and Arabic communities in Germany are large, and in financial matters talking to someone in their own language decides a great deal. Arabic reads right to left — that is not translation work, it is a separate layout job.
The partner programme sits in its own section with its own terms: fast commission payouts, transparent administration, back office, staff cover.
Analytics are self-hosted, not Google. Visit statistics are counted on the firm’s own server and visitor data goes nowhere. Plus a cookie consent banner and enquiry handling without third-party services.
AI-generated images carry a marker — a visible badge and a machine-readable tag inside the file. The European AI regulation calls for exactly this, and it is better built in than bolted on later.
The result
Three business lines and a partner network live on one site without getting in each other’s way. The firm speaks to clients in their own language — including two that competitors usually skip entirely.
Visitor data stays inside the company: neither the analytics nor the forms hand it to anyone.
