This is a translation of the German withdrawal notice. The German version is the legally binding one: contracts are concluded under German law.
This notice applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code — natural persons entering into a contract for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. Entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB) have no statutory right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Serhii Raievskyi, Grüner Weg 60, 72766 Reutlingen, Deutschland, email: hello@sergey-raevsky.com, phone: +49 1520 3786069) of your decision by an unequivocal statement — for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of services once the service has been fully performed, provided that performance began only after your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by us.
