Property in Montenegro is bought from another country, often without a visit. Which means the site has to answer the questions people normally ask in person.
The task
The agency sells houses, flats and villas. The buyer is almost always foreign, and the first encounter with a property happens through a screen rather than a doorway.
That buyer cannot “drop by for a look”. They decide on photographs, figures, and how clearly they are being spoken to.
The approach
A catalogue with search by criteria: property type, area, budget, floor space. The buyer filters out what is irrelevant themselves and reaches the agency with a shortlist already in hand.
A mortgage calculator on the site. The question “what does that come to per month” arrives long before someone works up the nerve to write, and it is better answered before the email than after it.
The property page answers on the agent’s behalf. Everything a buyer would ask in a first email is already on the page — otherwise the correspondence is spent establishing what could have been shown straight away.
The result
The agency hears from buyers who have already viewed properties and worked out the payment — rather than from people who are only starting to look.
