Here you can withdraw from a contract or cancel your subscription. Fill in the form and press the button. Right after sending, you will receive an email with the text of your declaration and the date and time it was received.
What you can do
- Withdraw from the contract — within 14 days of conclusion, if you ordered as a consumer. Details on the “Right of withdrawal” page.
- Cancel the subscription with notice — in any month, with 30 days’ notice.
- Cancel the subscription immediately — for good cause, without a notice period. Please state the reason in the form.
Declaration
If the form does not work, send your declaration by email to [email protected] — it is equally valid. Form data is used only to process your declaration.
