01 — Client

The project

Natalia Kardash teaches languages and runs a club: Greek, English, Russian for foreigners, plus talks about Cyprus. The website had to become the school itself — with courses, a membership and life inside.

02 — Context

The task

One-off lessons sell without a website. A club does not: it needs courses with lessons and progress, members-only materials and a place where students talk to each other.

All of it is run by one person — a teacher, not an editorial team with a developer. The platform has to stay manageable: a new course, article or collection goes out without tech support.

Payments live on the site too: courses from fifteen euros, a club membership. Buying has to work on its own — no email threads, no manual invoices.

03 — Solution

How it works

3.1

Courses on LifterLMS

Each course is lessons, materials and student progress: you can see what is done and what comes next. Payments in euros right on the site: from the short “Your first 50 Russian phrases” at €15 to an intensive English course at €95.

3.2

A membership club

The members-only part is the club libraries: “365 films”, “365 songs”, “365 articles”, “365 links” in the languages being learned, plus recorded talks and webinars. Tiered membership: one payment opens all of it.

3.3

A community on BuddyBoss

A social network inside the site: member profiles, a feed, discussions. Students see each other and the teacher; questions live in the club instead of getting lost in messengers.

3.4

Run by one person

Natalia publishes courses, articles and collections herself; pages are edited visually. The school lives without a tech team: a new course is the teacher’s work, not a developer ticket.

04 — Outcome

The result

The website became the school itself: courses sell, the club lives on membership, members talk inside the platform rather than on someone else’s network.

The project keeps running and growing: the club libraries expand and the talks continue.
